Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
- Orders below ₹999: ₹79 standard shipping fee
- Express delivery options (where available) will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive:
- A shipping confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message
- A tracking number
- A link to track your package in real time
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Saffron Realm is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:
- Take clear photos of the package immediately.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and supporting photos.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
